All purpose blend from Morocco and used throughout most of North Africa, Ras El Hanout is good in almost everything.
It is a more warming blending that is mild on heat, but imparts a rich delicate flavor to rice, meat, lamb, chicken, vegetables, grilled meats, and couscous.
We like to add a little to our rice with squeeze of lemon and sprigs of mint for a simple variation of a traditional meal.
