Sabzi Ghormeh or Qormeh sabzi is a warming blend of traditional Persian stewing herbs. Qormeh sabzi Persian stew is generally made with aÂ blend of herbs, lamb and kidney beans and sometimes potatoes are added. These are then served over a bed of rice. However, the flavor of Sabzi Ghormeh is so rich you can use this blend to stew dishes from rice to lentils or meats such as fish or chicken.
