Burdock Root Tea - Add 1 to 2 tsp Burdock root to 1 - 2 cups of water and place in a saucepan and boil for 15 - 20 min. Turn off heat, strain, and flavor to taste. Can be steeped for another 15 min to brew a stronger tea.
